This is John Henry Beck Park.
After Hurricane Katrina, Hands-On Gulf Coast helped East Biloxi to seize on the opportunity to expand and improve John Henry Beck Park.  They have been instrumental in making this a place for the community to gather, spearheading projects throughout the site.  GCCDS has worked closely with Hands-On to develop and construct several architectural projects in the site, as well.
