BUILDING / EAST BILOXI / A HOUSE FOR SHERRY

This is Sherry.
Sherry's house came to the GCCDS as a set of purchased architectural drawings that needed to be modified slightly in plan and elevated to the cityʼs flood zone. The house, constrained by a very small lot and only 640 square feet in area, is the smallest one the GCCDS has worked on in East Biloxi.

The Studio was able to bring daylight into every room in the house, perch the home onto 8 x 8 piers, and add front and rear porches.
