This is Mary.
Mary is planning to move in with her elderly mother, and requested both a full bath and a powder room for when her family visits. The dining room extends into the bedroom area in order to accommodate frequent meals with their extended family.
Mary’s property is a tight lot on a corner. The roof extends over the side ramp, which leads from the rear driveway to the front porch entry. This project broke ground in December of 2007 and was dedicated in April of 2008. The construction was a partnership between Hope Force International and Project Rehab.

4-22-08. The house is finished and ready for move-in.
3-5-08. Mary's corner lot allowed for her ramp to take on a wrap-around porch quality.
2-28-08. Most exterior work, including fixtures and porch rails, is complete, with only interior finish work remaining.
1-30-08. The ramp and porch platform have been constructed, and windows and doors installed.
1-22-08. The house is roofed and sheathed.
11-08-07. Mary's site is cleared for construction to begin.
