This is Mae Bell. Located just inside the flood zone, the home is elevated approximately six feet above grade and sits among a number of pecan trees that spatially enclose the front porch. Operable clerestory windows bring light and ventilation into the pantry, which is located in the heart of the house at the rear end of the central corridor.
