This is Lonnie.
 
Lonnie's property on Keller Avenue is in the flood zone. His new home is elevated to the city's flood zone requirements. The foundation of the home was built by a local Insulated Concrete Form contractor outside of the Studio and the Coordination Center.  The finished house will have two bedrooms and a single bath.

With little money, but a wealth of initiative and the help of his aunt, Mrs. Oliver, and his neighbor, Lonnie is proceeding with the build.
