BUILDING / EAST BILOXI / A HOUSE FOR LENDELL

This is Lendell.
Since the hurricane, Lendell has been living with relatives across town in Biloxi. Lendell works for the City of Biloxi. He and his teenage son were looking for a compact three-bedroom house that would accommodate a recreation room or allow a third person to move in. As one of the first houses to rebuild on the south end of his street, Lendell’s house is very visible and begins to reestablish a street edge.

Lendell’s house is a partnership between the EBCRRA, Hope Force, and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia.
